    "description": "<p>John Mini is seeking a highly skilled Woodworker to join our Fabrication team in the fabrication and installation of indoor and outdoor projects.</p>\n<p>As a Carpenter at John Mini, you will help build and install custom projects with a focus on fine carpentry, set construction, and field installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex build conditions and working hands-on with a collaborative fabrication team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform fine carpentry for custom indoor and outdoor projects</li>\n<li>Build components for set design and specialty installations</li>\n<li>Assist with custom wood fabrication and assembly</li>\n<li>Support indoor and outdoor project installation</li>\n<li>Read and work from architectural and fabrication drawings</li>\n<li>Solve complex project conditions in the shop and in the field</li>\n<li>Work closely with the fabrication team to meet deadlines</li>\n<li>Help other departments when project needs require it</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Who We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone seeking purpose in their work and long-term development</li>\n<li>Someone with optimism, positivity, and a strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Someone who values learning, teamwork, and craftsmanship</li>\n<li>Someone looking for a place to grow their career over time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of millwork experience</li>\n<li>Experience with fine carpentry. hardwood furniture and cabinetry. </li>\n<li>Ability to read and comprehend architectural and millwork drawings</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 75 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in extreme weather conditions. </li>\n<li>Recommended OSHA 30 and SST 10.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>At John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, we make places beautiful.
