    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories seeks a Patient Registration Representative PDL&nbsp;for their PSC Santa Barbara Bath St department responsible for all PSC (Patient Service Center) front and back-office duties. This function includes and is not limited to; Customer service, Sunquest and Eclipsys data entry, Medical Necessity, Insurance billing codes, problem resolution, following HIPPA regulations ordering office supplies and helping with processing at the PSC.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><p>All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.&nbsp;</p><p>Technical Requirements:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Minimum:&nbsp;Valid class “C” California Driver’s License and verification of acceptable driving record from the California Department of Motor Vehicles.</li><li>Preferred: Medical terminology preferred.</li></ul><p>Years of Related Work Experience:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Minimum: One year prior customer service required.</li></ul>",
