    "requisitionDescription": "<h2 id=\"isPasted\">Job Overview</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>HealthRIGHT 360 has provided outpatient services for behavioral health disorders since 1985. The San Francisco Outpatient Program is specifically designed for people who struggle with substance use disorders, mental health issue/co-occurring disorders, and criminal justice involvement. The Outpatient Program works with high-risk populations from a variety of backgrounds providing trauma-informed care aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of substance use. Our programs are open and welcoming to adult participants of any gender identity. We accept the majority of participants who seek Outpatient treatment, including walk-in&rsquo;s, referrals from other agencies, and step-down transitional clients from residential treatment programs. Participants and their counselors work collaboratively to design an integrated, individualized, strengths-based treatment experience geared towards addressing each client&rsquo;s specific needs and goals. HealthRIGHT 360 adheres to all city, county, state, and federal guidelines regard COVID-19.</p><p>The Outpatient Clinical Director functions as the on-site supervisor of clinical staff and the liaison between mental health services and other internal departments and external agencies. The Outpatient Clinical Director oversees all clinical services provided through Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Recovery Support Services programs, all offered at our facility at 1563 Mission St.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provides supervision and oversight of all Outpatient clinical staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides documentation oversight to SUD counseling team; oversees DMC treatment team formation and functioning.</li><li>Coordinates with compliance team and program QA to ensure DMC documentation compliance by clinical staff.</li><li>Completes monthly chart reviews of open and closed charts.&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to the creation of the clinical schedule.</li><li>Assigns clients to staff and therapists; creates the agenda for the weekly staff meeting.&nbsp;</li><li>Works alongside the SUD Counseling Lead and SUD counselors to provide comprehensive, trauma-informed, and harm reduction care.</li><li>Actively develops and grows the program through coordinating staff and clinical services to expand and meet clients&rsquo; needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff.</li><li>Responds to client crises and attends to program milieu on daily basis.</li><li>Covers groups and individual sessions when clinicians are absent; carries a small caseload of substance use counseling and/or therapy clients.</li><li>Coordinates care with the medical team, including psychiatry, at HealthRIGHT 360 (HR360) clinics.</li><li>Supervises the OP Intake and Outreach Team to ensure clients access to Outpatient services.</li><li>The Outpatient Clinical Director performs these duties and other duties as assigned under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services.</li></ul><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Education and Experience Required:</p><ul><li>California licensure as a Psychologist, MFT or LCSW.</li><li>Experience with Welligent/AVATAR EHR systems.</li><li>Experience with Drug Medi-Cal procedures.</li><li>Minimum two years of experience in dual diagnosis substance abuse treatment in an inpatient or outpatient community mental health setting.</li><li>Supervised experience in mental health or psychiatric setting with varied populations.</li><li>Demonstrated clinical paperwork and record keeping abilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with trauma informed therapy models, cognitive&ndash;behavioral therapy, brief psychotherapy and psycho-educational approaches.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with working with psychotic and other severe mental health presentations.</li><li>Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.</li><li>Clinical experience in performing risk assessment and crisis intervention.</li></ul><p>Desired:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Clinical experience and understanding of issues related to HIV/AIDS.</li></ul><p>Background Clearance Required:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must not be on active parole or probation, clear with OIG database.</li></ul><p>Knowledge Required:</p><ul><li>Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word Outlook and internet applications.</li><li>Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self sufficiency.</li></ul><p>Desired:</p><ul><li>Familiarity with harm reduction models.</li><li>Knowledge of DBT, CBT, MI and trauma based treatment highly desirable.</li></ul><p>Skills and Abilities Required:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.</li><li>Professionalism, punctuality, flexibility and reliability are imperative.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrity to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.</li><li>Action oriented.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities.</li><li>Outstanding ability to follow-through with tasks.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong initiative and enthusiasm and willingness to pitch in whenever needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to communicate well at all levels of the organization including working with organization leadership and high-level representatives of partner organizations.</li><li>Able to work within a frequently changing project scope while maintaining overall direction and structured priorities.</li></ul><p>Desired:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of trauma, co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment.</li><li>Knowledge of Clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes etc.).</li><li>Experience working with criminal justice population.&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual.</li></ul><p>In compliance with the California Department of Public Health&#39;s mandate, all employees must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
