      "text": "Requirements: ",
      "content": "\n<li>10+ years experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician working in industrial/commercial space (1 million - 5 million Sq/Ft).</li>\n<li>5 - 7+ years experience as a Lead/Foreman working in Industrial/manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Data Cable Technician with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, 24v, and 70v paging systems experience.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with CCTV, Fire, Security Systems, and Alarm Systems is a plus.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience installing Audio/Visual, Point-of-Sale systems, TV/monitor, or media players is a plus. </li>\n<li>Industry-specific certifications are a huge plus (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA). Please list certifications if any.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Fiber optic training and certifications, highly desired (AT&amp;T, BICSI, CISCO, Corning, CNET, ETA, FOA,&nbsp;VERIZON).</li>\n<li>Available and willing for extensive travel nationwide.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Duration of each project last 1-6 months.       "text": "Responsibilities: ",
      "content": "\n<li><strong>This is a working Foreman role. You will perform installs with your crew as well as Foreman responsibilities.&nbsp;</strong></li>\n<li>Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various cabling infrastructures.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Install, terminate, and test Cat6, Fiber Optic Cables, (SM &amp; MM) as designed and per the scope of work.</li>\n<li>Installing, Aiming, and Focusing IP Cameras.</li>\n<li>Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Dress cable pathways and MDFs.</li>\n<li>Ensure all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner-duct.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Erect support structures and install Network Devices (AP’s, Cameras) per scope of work.</li>\n<li>Repair cable poles and towers.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with cable networks to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to Project Management on project status and current objectives.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead crews of 6-15 technicians by providing daily instruction and training, as needed.</li>\n"
