description Sales Leader | Equipment Finance Industry About the Opportunity Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client seeking a Sales Leader to lead and grow a specialized equipment finance sales team in Southern California. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team focused on originating financing and leasing opportunities, while also helping drive strategy, business development, client engagement, and overall sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales leader who understands consultative selling, thrives in a relationship-driven environment, and has a strong track record of building and leading successful sales teams within the equipment finance industry.
