We are a patient-centered, high-volume clinic offering a full range of dermatologic services, including general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology — with a strong reputation for clinical excellence and outstanding patient care.</p>\n<p>As a Mohs Surgeon on our team, you will play a critical role in providing surgical skin cancer treatments, collaborating with our team of board-certified dermatologists, and contributing to the continued growth of our surgical program. You’ll benefit from a fully staffed, well-equipped surgical suite and a highly trained support team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong referral network and high volume of skin cancer cases</li>\n<li>In-house pathology lab with histotechnician support</li>\n<li>Access to advanced laser technology and cosmetic modalities</li>\n<li>A collaborative, experienced team of providers and medical assistants</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives</li>\n<li>Flexible scheduling (FT or PT)</li>\n<li>Opportunity to perform cosmetic procedures, if desired</li>\n<li>Dedicated administrative and billing support</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Our services include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mohs Micrographic Surgery</li>\n<li>Complex excisions and reconstructions</li>\n<li>General dermatologic care and full-body skin checks</li>\n<li>Laser treatments (resurfacing, pigment, vascular)</li>\n<li>Botox®, dermal fillers, microneedling with PRP, and sclerotherapy</li>\n<li>On-site esthetician services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstructions for a wide range of skin cancer cases</li>\n<li>Provide thorough pre- and post-operative care and clear patient communication</li>\n<li>Collaborate with our in-house dermatologists and clinical staff</li>\n<li>Maintain appropriate documentation and procedural reports</li>\n<li>Ensure all procedures are performed in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board-certified dermatologist with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ACMS fellowship</span> or equivalent Mohs training</li>\n<li>Minimum 2–3 years of post-fellowship surgical experience preferred</li>\n<li>Licensed (or eligible) to practice in California</li>\n<li>Strong surgical technique and excellent bedside manner</li>\n<li>Professional, punctual, and committed to quality outcomes</li>\n<li>Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor, self-incorporated with appropriate malpractice coverage<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>About us:</p>\n<p>Torrey Pines Dermatology &amp; Laser Center is a premier dermatology practice located along the coast of San Diego, proudly serving the community for over 20 years.
