    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>The CMM Programmer III will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts daily while also writing and verifying CMM programs for production. This role involves both hands-on inspection and programming responsibilities to ensure high-quality products. Commitment to and support of the Company Core Values are key to success in this position.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL&nbsp;DUTIES&nbsp;AND&nbsp;RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Write CMM programs offline and follow through to set-up and program verification for production</li><li>Write CMM programs online to inspect finished products and process inspection</li><li>Collaborate with other programmers and operators to achieve results</li><li>Prove out data for nonconforming items&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure there are no issues with fixturing and work with engineering groups to produce the best fixturing</li><li>Follow the program through the first set-up and run to ensure accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Be actively involved in troubleshooting discrepancies and validating discrepancies as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Successful accomplishment of duties and responsibilities may require the following:</p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ANSI Y 14.5</li><li>CMM programming and operating experience (Zeiss CMM, Calypso software)&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to program per ISO 10360 standard</li><li>Experience with various inspection tools (microscope, height gauges, micrometers, calipers)&nbsp;</li><li>Basic working knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred)</li><li>Working knowledge of ASME Y14.5 and other common industry standards</li><li>Basic computer skills (file creation, saving, printing) and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of Epicor ERP 10 or similar management/manufacturing information system (preferred)&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High&nbsp;school&nbsp;diploma&nbsp;or equivalent</li><li>Minimum two years of experience with Calypso Software and Zeiss CMM; five years preferred</li><li>Minimum five years of inspection experience or equivalent, with a focus on CMM programming&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>CERTIFICATION (Preferred):&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Calypso Training Certificate (Basic &amp; Advanced)&nbsp;</li><li>SolidWorks basic working knowledge</li></ul><p><strong>LANGUAGE&nbsp;SKILLS:</strong> Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10&rsquo;s and 100&rsquo;s.</p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY:&nbsp;</strong>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</p><p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong>: Authorization to work in the United States.
