(ATS)</strong> provides a complete set of on-site training services for aerospace and defense markets. &nbsp;Services include instructional delivery, simulation operation and maintenance, Instructional System Design, and training support. &nbsp;</p><p>The <strong>Instructor II (Field)</strong> works in an office environment with minimal direct ATS supervision and works closely with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h1><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></h1><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conducts and administers various classroom courses conducted at FAA&rsquo;s Field sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Teaches multiple courses and conducts simulation training.&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in Instructional Systems Design projects, to include the development, revision, and maintenance of ATC Training Courses, and Scenario Development.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>5 years of Certified Professional Controller experience controlling live traffic <u>OR</u> recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility.</li><li>Recent experience must have been at the same type and same level of Air Traffic Control (ATC) facility [e.g., Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON)], requesting training support.</li><li>Must be able to obtain ATC Simulator Certification for facility requesting training support.</li><li>Must be able to pass Government background investigation.</li><li>Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong><strong><u>How to Apply:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>You may apply by accessing the following link&hellip; <a href=\"https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=8e14fedf-9980-42c0-82dc-25a8e2ffdc4a&ccId=19000101_000001&type=MP&lang=en_US\" target=\"_blank\">[Click Here]</a>.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Adacel Technical Services, Inc.</strong> is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
