We are currently seeking an LMS Administrator to work for our company.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Summary:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Client Agency is&nbsp;National Science Foundation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide day-to-day support and training for the SAP NS2 LMS across all NSF employees.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and respond to the LMS support inbox, ensuring timely resolution of user inquiries.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop user guides, help documentation, and training materials.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver training sessions to end users and administrators.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate reports and perform data analysis to support learning and business objectives.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a liaison between NSF stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure system effectiveness.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be eligible for a clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of hands-on LMS administration experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered as a substitution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced experience with SAP NS2 SuccessFactors applications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven problem-solving abilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Work With Us</u></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IT-Strat is a technology consulting company that holds various contract vehicles including best in class vehicles.
