(rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible)*</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position will work 1/2 time in the Swansea Family Medicine practice and 1/2 time in the Fall River Internal Medicine practice for a total of 5 days a week. Flexibility in scheduling, such as 4 (10hr) days a week may be considered. Provides direct clinical service for an array of general behavioral health conditions in an integrated team-based model of care Clinical service may be pre-scheduled and/or urgent basis and include consultation/assessment, support and linkage to services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to promote positive health outcomes. Participates in quality improvement initiatives and assists in developing behavioral health programming as requested.\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Independent licensure as an LICSW or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts required.</li>\n <li>Additional licensure in the state of Rhode Island is preferred.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years experience providing direct clinical behavioral health services.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of behavioral health issues, treatment modalities, and social determinants of health.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and patient needs.</li>\n <li>Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation requirements.</li>\n <li>Current Massachusetts Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is required.</li>\n <li><p>Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired. </p><p> </p></li>\n <li><p>Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $74,256.00 - USD $104,499.20 /Yr.\n<h2>Rotation Schedule Requirement </h2>This position is split between Swansea Family Medicine and Fall River Internal Medicine",
