Our internal experts, together with our network of affiliated experts from academia, industry, and government, offer our clients exceptional breadth and depth of expertise.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Research & Knowledge Services (RKS) Coordinator works closely with the Marketing & Business Development’s team of research professionals to provide a high level of support for the firm's legal and business research initiatives. The role requires fluency and flexibility in navigating legal and internal business databases to track new opportunities, organize and maintain data in team databases, and collaborate with team members to provide business generation research support for individual consultants, practice groups, and the firm. This role is expected to leverage AI and other technology tools to enhance workflows, information extraction, and knowledge system efficiency. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, shows thoughtfulness and creativity in finding and synthesizing information, exhibits exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and is effective at both self-directed work and collaborative efforts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages the client litigation alert process. Responsible for all aspects of this monthly process of generating, annotating and sharing reports, and all related vendor, consultant and RKS team communication. Work with the RKS and Data teams to add participants, audit participant lists and recommend and implement improvements to the process.</li>\n <li>Supports business generation tracking, including updating court dockets, identifying case details, notifying consultants and entering and maintaining records in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.</li>\n <li>Under the guidance of RKS colleagues, conduct business-generation research relating to attorneys, competitors, litigation case lists and documents, and additional topical/legal research, as needed, using internal and external tools and resources.</li>\n <li>Assists with data population, report generation from and maintenance of team databases, including the SharePoint site and business generation records in the CRM.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year of professional experience.</li>\n <li>An ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of substantive relevant experience. Prior business or legal research experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with other Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) required.</li>\n <li>Exposure to Generative AI tools, project management/tracking software, CRM systems, and other databases required.</li>\n <li>Experience with Lexis, Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, Lex Machina and/or other online legal databases is advantageous.</li>\n <li>Interest in legal issues and litigation trends preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be able to prioritize, organize, plan, and work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and be flexible in response to shifting demands.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communications skills required.</li>\n <li>Accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability are critical.</li>\n <li>Must have solid analytical and critical reasoning skills.</li>\n <li>An inclusive and growth-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work across differences, building and sustaining positive relationships.</li>\n <li>To the extent permitted by applicable law, eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Application:</strong> Please note, all applications require both a resume and cover letter in order to be considered complete.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Analysis Group embraces equal opportunity. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
