Provides leadership for the implementation and evaluation of departmental goals, standards of performance, resident safety and quality initiatives and oversees corrective action plans. Ensures North Shore Health meets regulatory, legal and organizational guidelines. Ensures resident care and services are provided and improved through interdisciplinary teamwork, using clinical practice guidelines, evidence based outcomes or best practice recommendations while creating an experience of home that uplifts resident choice and opportunities for a meaningful life and promotes resident and family satisfaction. North Shore Health Care Center is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) licensed by the State of Minnesota</p>",
