    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Systems Engineer's are responsible for designing and implementing customer building automation projects. Day to day tasks will be determined by the specific requirements of each project.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Instrumentation & Electrical Design (20%) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create instrument lists by examining P&ID drawings</li>\n <li>Compile submittal and procurement documentation for controls and instrument hardware</li>\n <li>Provide technical support for panel fabrication technicians</li>\n <li>Inspect completed control enclosures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Design and Configuration (30%) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in customer design review meetings</li>\n <li>Assemble development system using project hardware and computers</li>\n <li>Configure user interface and HMI screens</li>\n <li>Configure DDC, PLC and/or DCS control algorithms</li>\n <li>Draft system documentation from templates</li>\n <li>Assist is customer demonstrations and acceptance testing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Onsite System Startup (50%) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Works in a supervised role and/or with a team at a customer site</li>\n <li>Install project software and configuration onto site systems</li>\n <li>Participate in point-to-point loop checks</li>\n <li>Perform instrumentation and software calibration and tuning</li>\n <li>Participate in functional tests of all systems</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot installation discrepancies</li>\n <li>Program field modifications as required</li>\n <li>Assist with developing commissioning test plans and documentation updates/redlines</li>\n <li>Assist with developing training documentation/presentation on operations and maintenance of system</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-3 years of relevant experience </li>\n <li>Technical Degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and handle multiple concurrent projects</li>\n <li>Passionate about problem solving and developing solutions</li>\n <li>Demonstrated written and oral communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Travel Perks:</strong> Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Grow With Us:</strong><strong> </strong>Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </p></li>\n</ul>",
