This person will work out of our Canonsburg, PA, office location. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.</p>\n\n<p>This role will have regular engagement with Aquatech&rsquo;s private equity sponsors, Board of Managers, and Audit Committee as we execute against our multifaceted growth strategy across end markets, geographies, product lines, and business models.&nbsp;This role will also have full leadership accountability for Aquatech&rsquo;s global accounting organization, including general accounting, consolidations, project accounting, and internal controls.</p>\n\n<p><br />\n<strong>Job Description:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Demonstrate integrity, sound professional judgment, and a commitment to ethical financial stewardship.</li>\n\t<li>Lead all global accounting operations, including general ledger, consolidation, project accounting, revenue recognition, fixed assets, statutory reporting,&nbsp;and intercompany processes.</li>\n\t<li>Oversee global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.</li>\n\t<li>Own the company&rsquo;s application of ASC 606 and lead percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and project-based accounting for large-scale, multi-phase capital projects.</li>\n\t<li>Serve as the process owner for SAP ECC 6.0 Finance modules; support the evaluation of the company&#39;s long-term ERP strategy.</li>\n\t<li>Build and maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.</li>\n\t<li>Manage the external audit relationship and coordinate the preparation of all audit deliverables and disclosures.</li>\n\t<li>Partner with regional finance teams to ensure local compliance and statutory reporting, working closely with external tax and accounting advisors as needed.</li>\n\t<li>Develop and mentor a geographically distributed accounting team based in Pittsburgh, PA, and Pune, India.</li>\n\t<li>Identify and implement process improvement opportunities and automation initiatives across the global finance function.</li>\n\t<li>Support cross-functional decision-making by providing insight into accounting-driven financial trends, operational cost structures, and margin performance.</li>\n\t<li>Serve as a senior finance leader, working closely with executive stakeholders across legal, tax, operations, and commercial functions.</li>\n\t<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Skill Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Extensive experience with U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and project-based revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion).</li>\n\t<li>Proven ability to manage global consolidation and external audit processes across multiple legal entities and international regions</li>\n\t<li>Strong working knowledge and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)</li>\n\t<li>Demonstrated success in leading and developing global teams across time zones and cultures.</li>\n\t<li>Experience in capital project- or engineering-driven businesses with international operations</li>\n\t<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.</li>\n\t<li>Big 4 public accounting experience, experience supporting operations in India, Singapore, the UAE, and other global markets, or&nbsp;Prior experience with ERP system transformation or finance systems integration preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Aquatech offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, company-paid holidays, and a 401K plan (all benefits are based on eligibility).</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
