    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>MAJOR FUNCTION</strong>:</p>\n<p>The Pre-Service/Pre-Cert Representative is responsible for ensuring all outpatient insurance requirements are completed in advance of patient’s scheduled appointment date. Representative must validate all insurances in HDX or via insurance portals, as needed.
