About The Role:  The Industrial Painter will be responsible for applying paint to a variety of materials and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and durability. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities and Tasks: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing old paint. Mix and match paint to achieve the desired color and consistency. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make necessary touch-ups. Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas. Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to prevent injuries and accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Perform all other job duties as assigned. Wear required PPE at all times and adhere to all safety guidelines. Requirements Qualifications Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role. Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment is preferred. Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings and their applications. Strong attention to detail and precision in work. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Regular attendance and active participation with the team required.
