    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Description of duties to include but not limited to the following: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Delivering food and drink orders from the kitchen area to the dining room, patio, bar top, and lounge areas safely, quickly, and accurately. &nbsp;</li><li>Act as an additional point of contact between the front of house and back of house. &nbsp;</li><li>Communicate food orders to the kitchen, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g., food allergies). &nbsp;</li><li>Assist the service team with retrieving and appropriate tableware and service items. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure food plates are served with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy as instructed on food tickets. &nbsp;</li><li>Acknowledge and fulfill guest requests for simple service items (refill water, utensils, napkin, etc.). &nbsp;</li><li>Remove dirty dishes and used service items from tables as needing during food delivery. &nbsp;</li><li>Answer guest questions about menu items as known. &nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with service team members on guest requests that require a time consuming or technically elevated task. &nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety of guests while delivering food and beverage items (mindful of small children, hot plates, sharp objects, etc.). &nbsp;</li><li>Stocking &amp; Replenishing of products needed for service (togo boxes, condiments, ice, glassware, etc.)</li><li>Assisting the food Expeditor in keeping a clean and organized expo line.</li><li>Attend any department and / or food safety / alcohol safety meetings to keep compliance with company policies.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
