This is a senior, credible leadership role - balancing technical ownership, stakeholder engagement, and team capability uplift.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Responsible For:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading the technical design and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter and BillingCenter, including integrations and Guidewire Cloud services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as the primary technical authority on Guidewire programmes, owning solution design, technical decisions, and risk management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Guiding development teams across configuration, extension, integration, customisation, and testing using Guidewire frameworks, standards, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Designing and overseeing integrations between Guidewire and external systems using modern, cloud‑aligned integration patterns (API‑based, messaging, file‑based, and event‑driven).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating closely with client architects, business analysts, SMEs, delivery leads and QA to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supporting Agile delivery through backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mentoring developers and technical team members, supporting capability growth, knowledge sharing, and certification pathways.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driving continuous improvement across DevOps, testing automation, cloud enablement, and development practice.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Guidewire Experience &amp; Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ll bring strong experience across much of the Guidewire ecosystem, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Hands‑on senior or lead development experience across Guidewire InsuranceSuite</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deep knowledge of Guidewire Cloud tools, environments, and deployment approaches</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gosu and Java development, GUnit testing, PCFs, rules, messaging, and xCenter concepts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Integration Gateway, App Events, and cloud‑compatible integration patterns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">CI/CD, version control, and observability tooling (e.g. Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Datadog or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Relevant Guidewire Cloud certifications across one or more core areas</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Work (Universal Guidewire Delivery Skills):</span><br>At Tenzing, we value strong technical capability alongside excellent consulting and delivery skills.
