    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Role Overview: Associate, Capital Call Financing</strong></p>\n<p>The Global Fund Finance business within the Capital Solutions Group in Global Banking and Markets deploys the firm’s balance sheet across a full suite of structured financing solutions across the private markets ecosystems. We are looking for an experienced&nbsp;Associate to join our Private Equity Capital Call (PECC) Structuring team in New York, whose core responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p>Origination &amp; Client Coverage</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interface with and strengthen relationships with sponsors, fund managers, and internal coverage teams</li>\n <li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored subscription finance solutions aligned with fund strategy and investor composition</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Credit Structuring &amp; Underwriting</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate the credit, structural, and economic risks of subscription lines using rigorous analytical and technical judgment</li>\n <li>Diligence fund sponsors, investment strategies, LP bases, PPMs, and LPAs across asset classes including buyout, growth, real estate, infrastructure, and credit funds</li>\n <li>Lead structuring discussions and negotiate indicative term sheets and credit agreement provisions with fund borrowers and legal counsel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Risk Management &amp; Governance</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare high-quality credit approval materials and ensure accurate documentation of loan structure, risk ratings, and policy exceptions</li>\n <li>Monitor covenant compliance, collateral performance, and borrowing base dynamics throughout the life of each facility</li>\n <li>Partner closely with Credit Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>&nbsp;4+ years in underwriting or structuring fund finance products, or related credit roles</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Advanced financial modeling and analysis; deep understanding of fund structures and LP-backed underwriting frameworks</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Licensing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>SIE, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 (or must be obtained within four months of joining)</li>\n</ul>",
