This includes following lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring that students are well-supported in their academic and social development.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifying Characteristics:  </span>The employee is a Christian with an authentic and mature personal relationship with Jesus Christ in both their professional and personal life with a calling and commitment to Christian education.
