Assists Manager with supervision of other psychiatric technicians and assumes supervisory function in Manager&rsquo;s absence.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Position Qualifications</u>:</strong></p><p>High school diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred in a related field. A minimum &ldquo;very good/outstanding&rdquo; performance evaluation on the most recent performance appraisal. Excellent written and verbal skills. Completed mandated training. Has demonstrated ability to care for children and youth in a nurturing and therapeutic manner. Must have strong supervisory skills in managing and motivating the staff. Has demonstrated appropriate implementation of The Children&#39;s Village Values: Cultural/Sensitivity/Conflict Resolution/GGI, as presented in the curriculum.
