Releases are well-scoped, well-communicated, and don't surprise stakeholders. </li>\n<li>When a messaging platform announces API changes or deprecations, you've already assessed the impact and have a plan before anyone asks. </li>\n<li>Engineering and design see you as a true partner - someone who brings context, makes decisions, and unblocks the team rather than just writing tickets. </li>\n<li>Your channels achieve and maintain functional parity with the rest of the platform, so customers get a consistent experience regardless of which channel they use. </li>\n<li>Customer-facing teams come to you as the go-to person for your channels - you know the edge cases, the limitations, and the workarounds. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products. </li>\n<li>AI-native mindset - you actively use AI and automation tools in your daily workflow (research, writing, data analysis, prototyping) and can identify where AI should be embedded in the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. </li>\n<li>Strong understanding of messaging platforms and their ecosystems (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram).
