Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive scalable solutions. You’ll play a key role in improving processes, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements across our enterprise application landscape. Compensation & Benefits The Compensation range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. What You’ll Do Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement; Understand systems to guide solutions and perform configuration when needed; Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements; Apply analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows; Present ideas and influence business decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences; Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria; Ensure solutions align with business strategy, data integrity, and compliance requirements; Support UAT planning and execution, including test case development and defect triage; Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations; Manage multiple initiatives with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment; Become a process expert and source of leadership for supported business units. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field; 5+ years of experience improving and implementing business processes/systems; 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce; Prior experience working in an Agile environment; Prior experience in a high-growth technology setting. Nice to Have Skills Marketing experience an asset; Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud experience an asset; Familiarity with ON24, LeanData, Demandbase, Zapier, CVENT, Drift, Salesloft, Qualified an asset; Salesforce certifications an asset.
