Core product categories include toys, home environment, men’s and women’s gift, LED candles, storage and organization, décor, memory foam, pet, wine and bar. </p>\n<p>The company is headquartered in Irvine, California, with a staff of over 100 personnel comprising the ThreeSixty Group executive management, sales and account management, product development, brand management, purchasing, finance and accounting, and general counsel’s office.  ThreeSixty Group has an extensive sourcing capability based in Hong Kong executing product development, sourcing and quality assurance through our team of 300 people across Asia.</p>\n<p>In 2016 ThreeSixty Group announced the acquisitions of the iconic FAO Schwarz and Sharper Image brands providing additional platforms leveraging the core capabilities of brand and product development, souring and distribution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Description</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare month-end journal entries and account reconciliations for areas including, but not limited to: Sales Accruals and Allowances, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, Intangible Assets, Intercompany Accounts, Debt</li>\n<li>Reconcile inventory units for sales, cogs/inventory and activity across multiple warehouses (including 3PLs), and investigating any inventory unit variances to resolution</li>\n<li>Work with business unit in Hong Kong to track and record unrecorded sales at month-end</li>\n<li>Maintain customer records and agreements supporting sales allowances</li>\n<li>Work with AR team for credit memo mapping related to sales allowances taken by customers</li>\n<li>Work with Finance team to track and validate sales allowance data</li>\n<li>Track and record monthly debt activity, including borrowings/repayments, interest, debt issuance costs, etc.</li>\n<li>Prepare monthly sales tax data and journal entries to record tax liability and tax payments.</li>\n<li>Support and partner on continuous process and procedural improvements, including documentation of improvements.</li>\n<li>Participate in year-end audit, bank audits and prepare sales allowance related schedules.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with Account Managers and Sales teams.</li>\n<li>Provide ad hoc reports as requested by senior management, including summarization and presenting relevant data</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Experience &amp; Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.</li>\n<li>CPA or CPA candidate preferred. Technically sound in US GAAP, a must.</li>\n<li>Advanced skills in MS Excel.
