          "text": "<p><strong>Position type: </strong>Full time, exempt, 10 month</p><p><strong>Grant Funded through the 2026-27 school year</strong></p><p><strong>What you will do…</strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide and deliver focused reading intervention instruction to students in small group settings.</p></li><li><p>Develop and deliver lesson plans appropriate to the needs and abilities of assigned students through push-in or pull out instruction.</p></li><li><p>Use a variety of instructional techniques and reading materials appropriate for the age and skill level of students for the purpose of improving student outcomes and achievement.</p></li><li><p>Assists with the screening and evaluation of students.</p></li><li><p>Frequently monitor progress of students receiving intervention services in order to adjust instructional practice through multiple data systems used by our district.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Collects data to share with classroom teachers.</p></li><li><p>Participates in monthly professional development sessions.</p></li><li><p>Attend GLC meetings and parent meetings as required.</p></li><li><p>Attend and lead professional development opportunities to support students and the school.</p></li><li><p>Provide input to teams regarding student academic strengths and weaknesses.</p></li><li><p>Provide the high quality instruction time needed to move students to grade level proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Perform related duties and responsibilities as requested by the school administrators.</p></li><li><p>Travel Requirement -travels to school buildings and professional meetings as required.</p></li><li><p>Follows all district policies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>This job posting/description may not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
