Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The HOA team contributes to Ion Solar by accurately and efficiently submitting HOA applications, following up with HOAs to obtain approvals, and communicating clearly with the customer.</p>\n\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Submit all HOA applications within 24 hours of hitting the queue</li>\n\t<li>Follow up with accounts weekly to determine approval status</li>\n\t<li>Communicate with all customers in the queue weekly to provide updates and answer questions.</li>\n\t<li>Communicate with other departments clearly to determine what is needed to move the account forward.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain both personal and team email - respond to all communication within 48 hours.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n\t<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li>\n\t<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n\t<li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></h3>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li>\n\t<li>Customer service experience required</li>\n\t<li>Solar experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></h3>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
