Other duties may be assigned.</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 26px;\"><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions (Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Sales Associates, Visual Merchandisers)</li><li>Partner with Retail leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans</li><li>Develop proactive sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals</li><li>Build strong pipelines through networking, competitor mapping, referrals, and industry outreach</li><li>Host hiring events and participate in job fairs when needed</li><li>Ensure clear, consistent communications with applicants throughout the hiring process</li><li>Travel to retail store locations&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Required Competencies:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>2&ndash;5+ years of retail recruiting experience, preferably within contemporary and luxury brands</li><li>Strong understanding of retail operations and store leadership structures</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bilingual in Spanish</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
