    "description": "<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>RS&H is currently seeking a Structures Area Discipline Lead to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of the infrastructure team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by managing a team that supports the successful delivery of small to mid-size projects, enhancing strong client relationships and growth of our portfolio, and driving operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables. This position will foster a diverse knowledge of appropriate discipline principles and techniques; oversee and lead the delivery of multiple  projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio; create an engaging and empowering work environment for the team; lead client relationship development activities and partner with client managers and business development teams to drive top line sales growth; lead the development and execution of win strategies for high-profile core business and critical pursuits; and ensure adherence to all client and regulatory requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you must:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program and seven years relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.</li>\n <li>Have an active PE license in FL and be in good standing.</li>\n <li>Have a passion for Structural Engineering and possess a strong knowledge of all aspects of bridge design.</li>\n <li>Be capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.</li>\n <li>Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.</p>\n<p>#LI-BM1</p>\n<p><strong><em>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
