Working with our industry partners we have obtained discounts for our employees on firearms, targets, optics, range passes, and many other products.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p><p>Under the direction of the Shipping Department Lead, the associate&nbsp;will pull, package, stage, load, and ship orders to meet our customers specifications and delivery deadlines.</p><p><strong>Some of your day to day tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Locate and move products to fill internal&nbsp;and external orders.</li><li>Inspect parts while pulling and or packing for damage and or visual defects.</li><li>Secure products onto crates, pallets, boxes and shipping containers.</li><li>Build custom crates, pallets, and boxes and ensure the correct packaging materials are used to reduce product damage while in transit.</li><li>Date entry of packing and shipping in the computer system</li><li>Properly label deliveries and allocate to designated location.</li><li>Understand regulations behind shipping hazarded materials</li><li>Assist with LTL, FedEx and UPS shipments</li><li>Stage and load trucks for shipping</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li><li>Identify and implement ways to improve the quality, cost, safety, delivery and moral of the area</li><li>Help in other work areas as assigned by the Shipping Dept. Lead or &nbsp;Shipping Supervisor</li></ul><p><strong>What do you need to be able to do?</strong></p><ul><li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>Have forklift and crane operating experience</li><li>Must be able to lift at least 70lbs and carry it for 20ft on occasion</li><li>Ok to work in the &nbsp;outside in the elements</li></ul><p>Action Target is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
