    "description": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To provide chair side assistance to our dentists and within the current ADA Guidelines of scope of practice for a Certified or Registered Dental Assistant; act as a resource for other dental staff; and maintain dental instruments, equipment and operatories in a clean and ready for use manner.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:<br></strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><br></span>Assists the dentist with dental procedures.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span><br></span></span>Responsible for keeping dental instruments, equipment and operatories clean to be readily used.</li>\n<li>Patient preparation for dentist.</li>\n<li>Sets up operatories for dental procedure.</li>\n<li>Assists dentist using 4 handed dentistry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><br></span>Organizes operatories assuring adequate and appropriate supplies and equipment.</li>\n<li>Maintains standards of asepsis and follows safety guidelines.</li>\n<li>Familiar with OSHA Guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span><br></span></span>Certified or Registered Dental Assistant</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span><br></span></span>High school graduate or GED equivalent</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span><span> </span></span></span>Previous experience in healthcare desirable</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\"><span><br></span></span>Computer experience desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Location(s):</strong> All sites: Baldwin, Cadillac, Grant, White Cloud<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type:</strong>  On-Call<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Exempt/Non-Exempt:</strong> Non-Exempt</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong> Full Benefits</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Family Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</em></p>",
