    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p>Execute production schedules at rated throughput to meet quality, safety, cost, and delivery standards.</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions</u></strong></p><ul><li>Execute the daily production schedule in multiple production areas as a process owner</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate production of product, including setup of equipment/supplies, to maintain processing standards</li><li>Complete process/operational checks without assistance</li><li>Train, coach, and mentor Operator I personnel to become operators on specific equipment or in specific production areas</li><li>Ensure the finished product and traceability system is followed in production areas</li><li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely as needed to achieve a high standard of performance</li><li>Properly handle ingredients used in production as needed, including staging, measuring, and mixing</li><li>Complete all necessary paperwork to company standards</li><li>Adhere to all cleaning procedures in production area</li><li>Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities</li><li>Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings</li><li>Assist in investigating issues, finding root causes, and developing solutions for issues that arise in the production, oven, and/or packing areas</li><li>Take actions necessary to resolve food safety and quality deficiencies</li><li>Maintain safe working conditions and preserve the integrity of the environmental health and safety system through adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the safety program</li><li>Participate in mandatory training program requirements</li><li>Serve as backup for Operator I in all areas</li><li>Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications(Education/Experience)&nbsp;</strong></u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Knowledge of production procedures3+ years of production experience in food manufacturing desired</li><li>Machine operator experience</li><li>Intermediate HMI experience desired</li><li>Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality</li><li>Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change</li><li>Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask</li><li>Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision</li><li>Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><em>The hourly range for this role is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
