We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we&#39;re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems through all stages of the product lifecycle.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and fixturing for PCAs, subassemblies, and system-level builds</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for production and test operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and operation sequences, following established change control processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, determine root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the design, build, and qualification of production tooling, test fixtures, and equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and support cost reduction efforts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain) to support new product introduction (NPI) and process transitions to production</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform time studies and contribute to manufacturing cost estimates and process improvements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support process validation and qualification activities&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate and help resolve production, quality, and equipment-related issues</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organized and process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and configuration control practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and 3D CAD models</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with PCBA (RF and/or digital), cable/wire harness, and system-level assembly processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hands-on experience with test and assembly tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, torque tools)</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lean/Six Sigma Black or Green Belt</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with MES/QMS tools such as Costpoint or TIP QA/SFE</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with ISO9001 and/or AS9100 environments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exposure to tooling or fixture design for electronics manufacturing or RF testing</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong> Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance.
