and address variants and deficiencies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews customer account balances and assists with collections.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists management team with setting goals and forecasts that are realistic and attainable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides guidance to store&rsquo;s management team to include establishing departmental procedures, assisting with problem solving issues and addressing challenges to improve customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effectively partners with the Regional Product Support Manager and other Department Heads and Store / Branch Managers<strong>&nbsp;</strong>to ensure consistent application of company-wide policies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Directs management of sales personnel, which includes assigning market territories, providing guidance and training, and managing sales funnel to include activities, opportunities and quotes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitors targeted margins, used trade values, used inventory turns and other sales performance metrics and provides corrective actions when needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews buyer&rsquo;s and rental orders for accuracy and compliance with company programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides for a safe and clean work environment for all associates by promoting BMC safety culture for all associates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures all associates have access to and completes safety training and technical job training on a regular basis.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with industry related trade shows.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be an active member in industry related associations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works within and promotes vision, mission and values of BMC.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Supervisory Responsibilities</em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Directly supervise sales personnel, department managers, and support staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize, communicate, and delegate responsibilities and priorities effectively.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Encourage career development through coaching, mentoring, and technical training.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure employee performance standards are met through regular feedback, coaching, counseling, and formal performance reviews (at least annually).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide timely recognition and performance feedback to motivate employees and support professional growth.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>What You Bring</em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Management experience strongly preferred;
