Make us your Best Choice!</p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<p>&nbsp;</p> \n<div>\n  POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Fresh Sales team with all aspects of the department, with the primary focus on buyer and procurement assistance. Extensive retailer, vendor and sales team interaction and communication. \n</div> \n<div>\n  Responsibilities: \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Assist Meat Buyers in all procurement aspects of the department with primary responsibility of creating PO's and assisting member retailers. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Contact brokers, vendors, and sales representatives for needed information by the department. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Create promotional (Excel) documents pertinent to item and category information or as requested the Senior Buyer or Sales Manager. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Enter store orders in the system and re-bill out of stocks / reship product.&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Submit and research store credit requests. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Track and monitor purchase orders and SSO orders. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Create on Demand reports for Buyers and Category Managers on a daily basis or as needed. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Assist in the billing back of manufacturers and vendors for appropriate charges. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Move daily stores orders as needed to support daily retail service level. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Communicate with the corporate traffic department and suppliers on email or phone. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Perform other duties as required by Meat Sales Manager or Senior Buyer. Position Requirements: \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Must have High School diploma or equivalent. \n</div> \n<div>\n  &nbsp;Must be able to perform bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching from a floor level to six feet in height. Walking, writing, sitting, and climbing&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and Access knowledge&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Detail oriented, organized and accurate, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Strategic thinker who identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Knowledge of SCM and mainframe systems and functions&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Strong math skills and proficient in 10-key&nbsp; \n</div> \n<div>\n  Strong communication skills \n</div>",
