Description

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society. As a Product Marketing Director (internally known as Fundraising Initiative Director) on the Fundraising Strategy Team, you will own the strategic design and execution of high-impact, market-driven fundraising campaigns that effectively position and launch our unique philanthropic solutions focused on our Education priorities. You will drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy—translating product solutions into compelling donor value propositions, enabling fundraising channels, and accelerating revenue growth for $10M+ initiatives. Your expertise in solution lifecycle management and GTM execution will empower fundraisers to align and capture philanthropic capital from the country’s leading business innovators and entrepreneurs. Our Values: Working for an organization within the Stand Together philanthropic community is different from many other places. The culture is deeply rooted in Principle Based Management® (PBM®), a framework guided by the principles that drive human progress, such as dignity, openness, and bottom-up empowerment. PBM® empowers employees to be entrepreneurial, to innovate, and to continually drive transformation. We believe diversity fuels creativity, broadens knowledge, and helps drive success.  That is why we’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to treat all employees and applicants with honesty, dignity, and respect. What You Will Do Lead the development and orchestration of comprehensive, scalable fundraising campaign roadmaps that integrate product-market fit insights, messaging frameworks, donor segmentation, and multichannel engagement strategies to optimize pipeline velocity and conversion. Own the campaign lifecycle from ideation and GTM planning to demand generation, fundraising enablement, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment between fundraising product solutions and market demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, and frontline fundraising teams to operationalize go-to-market plans, build fundraising enablement assets (case for support, messaging, sales playbooks), and track KPIs through data-driven dashboards. Drive prospect pipeline development and donor journey optimization through targeted cultivation, segmentation, and solicitation strategies—leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to enhance donor acquisition and retention. Partner with leadership to continuously iterate fundraising product offerings and GTM strategies based on performance metrics, market feedback, and evolving philanthropic trends. What You Will Bring 10+ years of experience leading complex fundraising campaigns, product solution launches, or go-to-market initiatives, ideally for high-value, multi-channel fundraising programs. Deep knowledge of product management principles applied to philanthropic fundraising—translating mission-driven solutions into scalable market offerings that resonate with target donor segments. Proven ability to develop and execute GTM plans that drive pipeline growth, demand generation, and fundraising enablement across diverse stakeholder groups. Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and project management within dynamic, matrixed environments—delivering against multiple strategic objectives simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics and performance metrics to optimize fundraising product positioning and campaign effectiveness. Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality, market-aligned fundraising solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and fundraising partners. Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture , which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect. What We Offer Competitive benefits : Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace. A meaningful career : Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving progress on complex social challenges. Commitment to growth : Thrive in a non-hierarchical environment that emphasizes self-actualization, with roles and responsibilities based on your strengths, not tenure. Competitive compensation : Our approach rewards the value you create through competitive salaries and bonus opportunities, allowing you to share in the success you help drive.
