As a Dishwasher, you will support the kitchen staff by cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing all dishes and cookware.&nbsp;Schedule: Tue &amp; Wed 12pm - 4pm; Thur. - Sat 12pm - 4pm.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand</li><li>Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, utensils, and equipment</li><li>Empty and clean all trash receptacles&nbsp;</li><li>Aid cooks, stocking, and other needs</li><li>Set up and break down work areas in a timely fashion</li><li>Properly use and store chemicals according to MSDS regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Complete daily temperature checks on refrigerators and freezers</li><li>Safely operate all kitchen equipment</li><li>Receive and properly secure deliveries</li><li>Proper labeling, dating, and rotation of inventory&nbsp;</li><li>Clean up spills or broken glassware and dishes</li><li>Report all equipment problems and maintenance to Supervisor</li><li>Report all injuries immediately to your Supervisor</li><li>Maintain professional appearance, behavior, posture, and hygiene</li><li>Adhere to WindRiver’s regularly updated health and safety response bulletin&nbsp;</li><li>Follow daily opening and closing checklists&nbsp;</li><li>Follow daily/weekly/monthly routines to maintain acceptable standard of operation</li><li>Ensure all utilities and equipment (TVs, fans, grill, etc.) are turned off at the end of the day</li><li>Attend all educational, safety, etc. staff meetings</li></ul><p><br></p>",
