The Journeyman Plumber owns their scope, protects their site, and drives outcomes that make the next phase possible.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain full OSHA and site-specific compliance every shift—pre-task plans, hazard ID, and Procore safety documentation completed without prompting.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and escalate unsafe conditions. Never work around them.</li>\n<li>Model safety culture for apprentices and crew members on every project.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Labor, Material &amp; Tool Management Efficiency</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute installations with the manpower, materials, and tools required—no more, no less. Flag gaps before they stall the work.</li>\n<li>Manage daily material consumption and tool accountability. Shortages and damage reported same shift.</li>\n<li>Support prefab and modular delivery methods to maximize off-site productivity and reduce on-site complexity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Accurate Time &amp; Productivity Tracking</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log time and production quantities daily in Procore—accurate, on time, no catch-up entries.</li>\n<li>Flag variances between planned and actual production before they compound. Give your Foreman facts, not estimates.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ruthless Elimination of Waste</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Challenge inefficient sequences, poor staging, and unnecessary motion before they consume production hours.</li>\n<li>Reduce rework to zero through precise installation and self-checking before calling for inspection.</li>\n<li>Surface constraints—material holds, coordination gaps, inspection delays—as soon as they appear, not after they cost time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Traits That Define Success</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ownership Mentality — You own your scope, your tools, your data, and your performance.</li>\n<li>Compelling Conscientiousness — You install it right the first time, every time.</li>\n<li>Accountability is Reliability — Your crew and Foreman can count on what you say you’ll do.</li>\n<li>Mastery of Communication — You surface problems early, clearly, and with context.</li>\n<li>Accomplishment over Activity — You measure yourself by production output, not hours on site.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must-Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journeyman Plumber license</li>\n<li>5+ years of field experience with commercial project background</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Procore for time tracking, production logging, and safety documentation</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel full-time across multi-state project locations</li>\n<li>Pre-employment drug screen and background check required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with prefab and modular plumbing installation methods</li>\n<li>Familiarity with IPC/UPC codes and medical facility plumbing standards</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Creature</span></p>\n<p>Creature is building something rare: a fully integrated platform where the people who design, manufacture, and build are the same people.
