          "text": "<p>We are looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Photo Designer to join our Marketing team.&#xa0;The AI Photo Designer works on the Marketing Manager’s team&#xa0;and&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;generating premium-quality lifestyle and decor imagery using AI tools for use across digital marketing campaigns, social media, web, email, and print materials. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye&#xa0;for home&#xa0;interiors&#xa0;and architecture&#xa0;with&#xa0;advanced photo retouching skills to create polished, realistic, and brand-aligned visuals.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>AI Image Generation &amp;&#xa0;Product Integration&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Produce high-quality lifestyle and décor imagery using AI creative tools and platforms;&#xa0;</li><li>Generate images based on&#xa0;pre-determined&#xa0;moodboards&#xa0;to create&#xa0;cohesive visual environments;&#xa0;</li><li>Create imagery that aligns with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and marketing objectives;&#xa0;</li><li>Develop multiple visual concepts and creative variations for campaigns and marketing assets;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure consistency in styling, lighting,&#xa0;photo&#xa0;composition, and overall brand aesthetic across all generated visuals;&#xa0;</li><li>Stay current with emerging AI creative tools, workflows, and industry best practices.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Image Retouching &amp; Technical Execution&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Retouch and refine AI-generated images to achieve realistic, production-ready results;&#xa0;</li><li>Adjust product&#xa0;proportions,&#xa0;colours, materials, textures, shadows, reflections, and lighting as needed;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure products are represented accurately while&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;visual appeal and realism;&#xa0;</li><li>Perform advanced photo compositing, cleanup, masking, and image corrections when&#xa0;required;&#xa0;</li><li>Prepare final assets&#xa0;optimized&#xa0;for various marketing channels including web, social media, email, digital advertising, and print.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Workflow&#xa0;Applications</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Collaborate closely with&#xa0;members of the&#xa0;marketing&#xa0;and product teams&#xa0;to execute campaign vision;&#xa0;</li><li>Interpret creative briefs and provide visual recommendations or solutions when needed;&#xa0;</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain organized workflows, file management, and asset libraries.</li></ul>",
