    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student Recruitment Manager</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a solution-oriented and growth-focused Student Recruitment Manager to drive student growth and achieve ambitious recruitment targets across the region on behalf of Careers &amp; Industry (C&amp;I). This role involves building and managing strong relationships with agents, students, parents, and partner institutions to strengthen market presence and drive enrolments. Working closely with regional and in-market teams, the successful candidate will lead on-ground recruitment activities including agent training, lead generation events, student counselling, and conversion initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Student Recruitment Manager will also play a key role in resolving student and agent queries, supporting stakeholder engagement, and executing market strategies that contribute to sustainable long-term growth for the assigned product portfolio.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic student recruitment plans aligned with institutional enrolment targets.</li>\n<li>Identify priority markets and implement campaigns to attract high-quality prospective students.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain partnerships with schools, consultants, community organizations, and industry stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Engage prospective students and families through counselling sessions, campus visits, and recruitment outreach</li>\n<li>Plan and deliver recruitment events such as open houses, college fairs, campus tours, and information sessions.</li>\n<li>Represent the institution at regional, national, and international recruitment activities.</li>\n<li>Analyze recruitment data and trends using CRM/SRM tools to improve conversion and pipeline management.</li>\n<li>Prepare performance reports and collaborate with marketing to deliver effective recruitment communications and campaigns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management in higher education.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading a team and developing successful recruitment strategies.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of CRM systems, data analysis, and digital marketing tools.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and project management abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, students, and external stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends.</li>\n<li>Comfortable with public speaking, presentations, and representing the institution at events.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach.</li>\n<li>Flexible hours, with some evening and weekend work as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Us</span></p>\n<p>Navitas is a global education powerhouse, connecting thousands of students each year to transformative study and career opportunities through strong partnerships with universities, governments, and industry leaders worldwide.
