We do this by delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, employees, partners, and communities—treating everyone like family. </p>\n<p>The Field Manager oversees and manages the pest control Service Technicians, providing them with training and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services on every job. This position is on-site and reports to our<strong> Norcross, GA</strong> branch. </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hire and train Service Technicians in compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring they are well-prepared and licensed for the role. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings and trainings to review services, processes, and protocols. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor technician schedules, manage service routes (including high-priority or emergency routes), run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, and cleanliness standards are met. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED, preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year of pest control experience, preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older, posses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
