This role contributes to production quality, safety, and efficiency by assisting with roofing installation, material preparation, and adherence to construction specifications and safety standards.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Install roofing materials in a controlled manufacturing environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Use hand and power tools, including shingle knives, nail guns, and shears</p></li>\n <li><p>Install vents, roof jacks, roof edge flashing, and shingles according to specifications</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify required materials using purchase orders and production documentation</p></li>\n <li><p>Install protective domes on flat-top homes for storage and transportation</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare flashing for loose shipment and installation</p></li>\n <li><p>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand job requirements</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform work safely and comply with all safety policies, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety harnesses and eye protection</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in cross-training opportunities to support workforce flexibility and skill development</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p>Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 80 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work at heights up to 14 feet</p></li>\n <li><p>Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to take accurate measurements</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently or as part of a team</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous construction or carpentry experience</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Work performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts</p></li>\n <li><p>Moderate noise levels; hearing protection may be required</p></li>\n <li><p>Use of safety glasses and other PPE required in designated areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing and walking for extended periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of materials up to 80 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Requires manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination, stamina, and physical endurance</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule & Travel</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Full-time schedule, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.</p></li>\n <li><p>Evening work may be required based on production demands</p></li>\n <li><p>Travel is not routinely required; limited out-of-area travel may occur</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Why Join This Team?</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A mission-driven culture dedicated to economic advancement and community impact</p></li>\n <li><p>Guided by strong <strong>NATIVE</strong> values and tribal-owned purpose</p></li>\n <li><p>Career stability and opportunities across diverse industries</p></li>\n <li><p>A collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity</strong></h2>\n<p>Dynamic Homes, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
