    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.2.8/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Job Title: &nbsp;Emergency Management Analyst I</strong></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Location:</strong> Scott AFB, IL</p><p><strong>Required Clearance:</strong> Secret</p><p><strong>Required Certification(s):&nbsp;</strong>None</p><p><strong>Required Education:&nbsp;</strong>Bachelor&#39;s Degree or equivalent years of experience &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Experience:&nbsp;</strong>4 yrs</p><p><strong>Position Description: &nbsp;</strong>Works as part of an elite Emergency Management team providing expertise in direct support of the Command&rsquo;s Continuity of Operations (COOP) requirements outlined in DoD and USTRANSCOM COOP Policies. &nbsp;Requirements include ensuring the preparedness and response capabilities of personnel and key infrastructure essential to successful USTRANSCOM operations. &nbsp;Responsible to the government OPRs to support emergency management planning program activities and Emergency Management Training Support to include Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/AED, Bleeding Control, and other first aid training requirements across the command. &nbsp;Perform whole of mission coordination as a key member of the Command COOP Site Support Team and the Command COOP Reconstitution Planning Team (RPT). &nbsp;Facilitates actions of the COOP Planning Team, reviews current COOP Plan and associated appendices while providing support activities for the command Alternate Operating Facilities. &nbsp;Provides continuous integrated process and program improvement as opportunities are discovered. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Management of Command training&nbsp;</li><li>Plan training activities as they relate to both COOP and RPT requirements</li><li>Conduct reviews of all plans and associated appendices in support of COOP and RPT operations</li><li>Provides recommendations for process and program improvements</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to communicate at all levels</li><li>Management of requirements and coordination throughout the command with appropriate POCs</li><li>Multi-task</li><li>Must be able to write and translate plans into briefings and OPORDS</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>SECRET Clearance</li><li>Microsoft Office familiarity&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Desired Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>COOP and RPT experience</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>#clearancejobs</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
