This is a remote position.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities of the Finance Associate are:</p><ul><li>Financial Modeling &amp; Underwriting</li></ul><p><em>Underwrite senior living investments, including occupancy ramp, rate/mix by care level, labor models, and operating expenses.</em></p><ul><li>Investor Support &amp; Underwriting Collaboration</li></ul><p><em>Translate operating assumptions and performance into investor-ready analyses and presentations.</em></p><ul><li>Transactions &amp; Strategic Analysis</li></ul><p><em>Conduct market research and competitive analysis within senior housing markets.</em></p><ul><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting</li></ul><p><em>Build and maintain forward-looking financial projections incorporating occupancy, rate growth, and labor cost assumptions.</em></p>",

In addition, this individual must have strong analytical and modeling capabilities, the ability to connect operating performance to financial outcomes and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The following training and certifications are required:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field</li><li>1–4 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, REITs, or senior living</li><li>Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience</li><li>Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, cap rates, valuation)</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience with senior living or healthcare real estate.</li><li>Familiarity with key operating drivers (occupancy, rate/mix, labor)</li><li>Experience working with institutional investors or capital partners.</li></ul>",
