They are looking for a partner and true advisor with whom they can build a strong relationship and create unimaginable value.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>At Stawowski McGill, we have built a strong culture where core values of Humility, Relationships, Collaboration and Commitment are practiced and honoured every day.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>Our mission is to have incredible impact on our clients’ businesses, their path to success, their lives and those of their families.</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>THE ROLE </span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will create new financial statement forecast models for our clients using proprietary templates.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will also update financial statement forecast models monthly with actual client financial results, on an accurate and timely basis.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will, from these updates, conduct the preliminary analysis of monthly client financial results using firm generated financial analysis models and tools.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will assist in completing ad-hoc project work and financial modelling.</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will be exposed to many types of business in various industries on a deeper level</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>You will collaborate with the team to ensure quality financial deliverables for our clients.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>5-plus years of bookkeeping experience</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with financial modelling and data manipulation/analysis</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Attention to detail</span><span> and flexibility to </span><span>manage numerous clients’ data and financial models concurrently, delivering accurate updates on a timely basis</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Strong financial and accounting analysis skills, needed to analyze client businesses each month and prepare / update financial models</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>General knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage Accounting required</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Demonstrated knowledge and ability to read and understand financial data and statements</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Understanding of full cycle accounting</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, and an ability to work with many different types of people and personalities</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Post secondary education in accounting or relevant training an asset</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>Knowledge of job cost accounting an asset</span></li>\r\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span><span>A passion for business</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span>WORKING WITH US</span></span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span>You will get to work with many great people who are, and continue to be, significant contributors within our community through the very important work they do.
