    "description_html": "<p>We are looking for a licensed BCBA interested in a full-time Clinical Director position supporting our clinic in Crystal Lake, IL. This role would be responsible for holding a reduced caseload and serving as a BCBA for this clinic while supporting a team of BCBAs alongside a Clinic Manager and a team of RBTs.</p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></span></p><ul><li>Partner with Corporate Operations to onboard new learners for services.</li><li>Manage, train, and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs on clinical procedures</li><li>Conduct regular competency audits with clinical staff, including observations and 1:1 meetings.</li><li>Regularly observe monthly BT check-in meetings for support.</li><li>Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard center operations staff and BCBA team members in partnership with Regional Director.</li><li>Collect KPI data and analyze in comparison to the goals set by yourself and the Regional Director.</li><li>Carry a reduced caseload dependent upon the number of BCBAs and operations staff supported.</li><li>Provide day-to-day case management for learners receiving behavior analytic services in various settings (clinic, home, school, community, telehealth).</li><li>Conduct formal assessments for new and existing learners.</li><li>Deliver minimum billable treatment hours pursuant to caseload size weekly to ensure utilization of authorized learner treatment hours including but not limited to protocol modification, caregiver training, assessment or adaptive behavior treatment.</li><li>Assist with the supervision of Advanced Fieldwork Students as assigned.</li><li>Provide direct 1:1 sessions as assigned.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>What Do We Offer?</strong></span></p><ul><li>Work-life balance!
