    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><strong><em>Are you interested in working for a human services agency where the sky is the limit for growth potential?</em></strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Do you enjoy working with children in need and making a difference in their lives?</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>If you answered YES to either of these questions, then consider joining our Devereux team!</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The pay range for this position is $54,000-$63,640 annually depending on experience and education.</strong></p>\n<p>This position is located in Rutland, MA.</p>\n<p>The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00.</p>\n<p><strong>$2,000 Sign-on Bonus</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island</strong> is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to helping children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Devereux's Hillside Group Home</strong> serves females aged 12-21 primarily carrying diagnoses of Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Disruptive Behavior Disorder, Reactive Attachment Disorder and feathers of Borderline Personality Disorder. Individuals may present with a range of cognitive functioning from mild intellectual disability to above average intelligence. With a 1:3 ratio, the goals of Hillside students may include stepping down to a less restrictive setting, moving back home, or preparing for independent living. Many of these students attend public school and enjoy activities such as going to the library, roller skating, movies, and doing hair and nail care in the salon at the program! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This program operates with a DBT clinical model. Each client receives individual therapy, along with participation in a DBT skills group. The DBT model emphasizes growth in interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness.
