    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p>Sodexo is seeking a customer-centered and results-driven <strong>Retail Operations Manager</strong> to lead retail food operations at <strong>OU Children's Hospital </strong>located in <strong>Oklahoma City, OK</strong>. This position leads the day-to-day operations of the hospital café and retail food services, including grab-and-go options, with a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a food retail environment. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>manage all retail operations including catering for the hospital;</li>\n <li>motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors; </li>\n <li>interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction; </li>\n <li>oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance;</li>\n <li>maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place and/or;</li>\n <li>coordinate department safety and sanitation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
