          "text": "<p>- Provides special instruction to students in compliance with school-system and program requirements, state and federal regulations. Implements an instructional, therapeutic and skill development program for differentiated learning levels.</p><p>- Conducts formal and informal assessments of all students.</p><p>- Plans and uses appropriate instructional strategies to include the integration of activities, materials and equipment that align with the accommodations as set in the student's Individual Education Plan.</p><p>- Plans and supervises assignments for staff members assisting with students.</p><p>- Establishes and maintains appropriate, open lines of communication with all parties, to include but not limited to students, therapists, school district personnel, parents and co-workers. Attends all required meetings and trainings offered by program.</p><p>- Completes required documentation within timelines, including recording of grades and attendance.</p><p>- Abides by and demonstrates the company's Mission, Vision, and Values, through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis.</p><p>- Modifies lessons to meet different student’s needs in all the courses.</p><p>- Monitors progress of students with disabilities and assesses the need for changes in the accommodations.</p><p>- Requests IEPs and other education records for students who need accommodations. • Attend RAC meetings and review folders when needed.</p><p>- Maintains a high degree of discipline in the classroom and reinforces employability skills.</p><p>- Adequately prepares for classroom instruction.</p><p>- Provide individual classroom instruction as needed.</p><p>- Documents student progress for inclusion on the Disability CIS Notes.</p><p>- Keeps updated file on students’ progress.</p><p>- Documented students IEP and other documents are placed in students' file.</p><p>- Monitors and documents student progress throughout the students stay on center</p><p>- Creates individualized plans including strategies to meet student’s needs and TABE requirements.</p><p>- Advise staff about required student accommodation plans.</p><p>- Offers yearly training regarding Disability Program.</p><p>- Stablishes or coordinate links with pertinent agencies that offer services for individuals with disabilities.</p><p>- Performs other duties as assigned&#xa0;</p>",
