By working with the team to support the implementation of Health &amp; Safety Rules &amp; Regulations for internal- and external stakeholders which are known and applied he ensures the highest level of safety.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Help to deploy and manage the Health and Safety management framework within the local country organization following the corporate Health and Safety Strategic framework and guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Support and engage other DLR regions such as EMEA and APAC so aid consistency of approach</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Ensure Health and Safety support is provided for the identification, analysis, assessment and management of theHealth and Safety risks that are specifically applicable to operations and the interfaces with construction.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Help with the preparation of improvement programs related to</span> <span>Health and Safety.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Ensure</span> <span>Health and Safety support for the development of key performance indicators to monitor activity progress.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Provide support for Investigations and accidents or incidents to discover root causes.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Provide technical support/ guidance as necessary to accident/ incident investigation teams.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Prepare audits and reports related to Health and Safety in conjunction with HQ requirements.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Responsible for maintaining the relevant certifications at the request of the team</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Support with gathering evidence, manage and monitor internal and external root cause investigations, working with the Health and safety team</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Engage with the DLR supply chain and General Contractors to coach, challenge and support performance improvement</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Assist in the implementation of the safe systems of work that will be rolled out to all countries.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Ensure emergency response arrangements and procedures are maintained and in place.</span></p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>What you’ll need</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span>Diploma/Degree in&nbsp;
