While Sales owns the relationship and Engineering owns the design, the Project Manager owns the outcome. This role requires leading communication, managing schedules and resources, protecting profitability, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope while maintaining a premium client experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3+ years of project management experience, specifically within AV integration or construction-related industries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong financial awareness and comfort managing project margins and labor budgets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Proficiency with project management software (Monday.com, D-Tools, or similar enterprise platforms).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Exceptional organizational and execution skills with a high level of accountability.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
